Free Cancellation before 48 hrs from meeting time (JST)
For cancellations made within 48 hrs to 24 hours from the meeting time (JST), a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
For cancellations made within 24 hrs from the meeting time (JST), a cancellation fee of 100% will apply
